Internal platforms for Towers, Nacelles and Foundations

Platforms has been the foundation that Aluwind was created for and has therefor been our core business since Aluwind was founded. Together with various Tower OEM’s and Foundation developers we have helped design & produce +300.000 in either Steel or Alu according to industry standards and requirements.

Our platforms are distinguished by the fact that they are 90% made of aluminum and the diameter of the biggest manufactured platform reached almost 8m.

During the project development process, Aluwind create the design, manufacture the prototype and then proceed with testing (FAT) to ensure the final product meet the technical requirements.

We apply decades of expertise in design, engineering, fabrication, and logistics to provide our clients with a globally capable supply chain, ensuring deliveries are fulfilled timely and in full, regardless of location.

Our playing field is the renewable sector, specifically the wind sector, mainly focusing on the offshore wind segment. We support OEMs and tier 1 suppliers globally. Our offering is diverse and spans from managing inventory and component supply, FEED, detailed design and fabrication, to a complete logistics solution to support our clients' project timelines.
